By accessing or using Norvynn (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Norvynn. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and we will always post the most current version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
2. Description of Service
Norvynn is an evidence-based dog training and nutrition web application designed to help dog owners record and improve their dog's wellbeing. The Service allows you to maintain dog profiles, log training sessions, track health records and vet visits, monitor nutrition and weight, record GPS walk routes, store photos, and access AI-assisted guidance. Norvynn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may update, improve, or modify features at any time.
3. Free Plan and Pro Subscription
Norvynn offers a free plan with core functionality available to all users at no charge. Norvynn Pro unlocks additional features and is available at £6.99 per month or £49.99 per year. New Pro subscribers receive a 14-day free trial; no charge is made until the trial period ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already paid, except where required by applicable law. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
Norvynn is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any part of the Service or its content. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Norvynn using automated tools. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5. Disclaimer
Norvynn is designed to support responsible dog ownership and is based on widely accepted, evidence-based guidance. However, it is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If your dog is unwell, injured, or you have any concern about their health, you should always consult a qualified veterinarian promptly. Norvynn and its operators accept no liability for decisions made based on information provided by the app, including AI-generated responses.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Norvynn — including but not limited to the app design, training programmes, nutritional guidance, written content, and AI-generated responses produced through the Service — is the intellectual property of Norvynn or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our prior written permission. Your own data (dog records, photos, etc.) remains yours; we claim no ownership over it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norvynn and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any decisions made in reliance on content or guidance provided by the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Norvynn both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal dispute arising under these Terms.
